Shrub with dark green, needle-like leaves, deeply etched. Fast growing native shrub to 2m high by 1.5m across. This plant comes naturally from the dry climates of the Nullabor across to the coastal regions of Kalbarri, Western Australia. It prefers the drier climate, and will deteriorate in humid climates. It grows well in the drier climates of the eastern states, making a lovely show of flowers from spring to autumn. It is best in full sun, and looks best if trimmed once a year.
