There are several accesses to Viveros Medipalm:

1. Coming from Autovía del Mediterráneo A-7/E-15, going out (Exit 537) to Cuevas del Almanzora and following the A332 to Águilas.
2. Coming from Cartagena through AP-7, going out to Pulpí (Salida 890), following A350 to San Juan de los Terreros and finally A332 to Cuevas del Almanzora.
3. Coming from Águilas through the A332 cost road and driving around San Juan de los Terreros.
