Terms of sale

1. The publication of this catalogue cancel any older catalogues. The confirmation of the order by the buyer implies the acceptance of these sales general conditions and catalogue prices.

2. All prices correspond to the plants in our nursery loaded on truck. Packaging and transport are not included.

3. Plants prices are without taxes. The corresponding tax will be applied on the invoice.

4. Once the order is loaded on the truck, plants are at the customer responsibility.

5. New clients must pay the first order in cash. For further orders, the payment terms will be negotiates.

6. In case of overdue, the total amount will be increased each month according to Spanish bank interest. Any other bank expenses will be on charge of the buyer.

7. Any complaint must be made by a registered letter within the three days after reception of the goods.

8. In case of lawsuit, it will be solved by the courts of Valencia. The buyer resigns to his jurisdiction.
